Global Institute for Childhood Disability - GICD is a secular Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) formed in May 2005. It believes in a Comprehensive, Multidimensional, and Integrated approach to working with children with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Intellectual Disability, and Multiple disabilities.
It provides physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Sensory Integration, Speech Therapy, Audiology, and Special Education.
Please note that all Therapies are under One Roof for children with Cerebral Palsy and Autism. More than 2000 children have benefited from the treatment.
GICD is seeking additional support to enhance this noble cause. It also plans to open a new Centre to care for more children. Sakha has been supporting this noble cause for many years.
Established in 2003, Dream Girl Foundation is one of the eminent non-profit organisations engaged in providing a better future to underprivileged girls. Children give shape to this civilisation; hence, Dream Girl Foundation works hard to provide better health, education, and necessities to them. It has two institutions, a team of teachers, medical practitioners, and other volunteers who wholeheartedly work for the betterment of deprived girls.
Sakha has been supporting this cause financially, etc.
Established on 3rd July 1994 in Gurgaon, Deepashram shelters and cares for at present more than 50 mentally and/or physically handicapped boys and men ranging in age from 10-20 years. Deepashram is run by the Society of the Missionaries of Charity, Brothers of Mother Teresa of Kolkata. The Centre works to rehabilitate and reintegrate into society children with mild mental retardation through education and training. Deepashram depends on contributions from collaborators and benefactors for the daily upkeep of the Centre and the boys' physical and medical needs, including check-ups, neurological screenings, psychological assessments and physiotherapy.
Sakha has been contributing by providing monthly food and clothes and contributing financially.
